Linguini with Broccoli and Red Peppers

This was absolutely delicious and fairly easy. Visually very appealing as well. I used lots of garlic--yum.

American Lasagna

Really tasty. The brown sugar adds a new dimension. I substituted 1 lb of Italian sausage for part of the ground beef which gave it an added zip.

Italian Style Beef Sandwiches

I would definitely make this again--it was so easy and tasty. I couldn't find the pepper stir fry mix, so I just added a sliced green pepper.
