I live aboard a boat in Spain with my partner. I have not worked for more than a year, but enjoy meeting people of all backgrounds. I enjoy cooking Asian food, in particular Indian. Indian breads and sauces. In the winter though I go for comfort food like stews and soups Parents were from Ireland so stew was a big favourite. cooking four course Indian meal for ten people. Tried to make fish with batter, but it came out rock hard. So had to throw it all away.
