Slow Cooker Pepper Steak

This is so delicious. I made it exactly as directed, except for using one red pepper and one green pepper. I added the peppers in the last hour of cooking. They were tender but not soggy.

Caramelized Baked Chicken

I'm surprised this got such high ratings. I cooked the sauce on the stove top and added corn starch to the mixture. I used boneless chicken breasts and poured the sauce over top and cooked for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. It was very sweet. My husband and boys told me not to bother making it again.

Cranberry Orange Cookies

I don't usually like fruit cookies but these were very good. They didn't get the "wow" factor I was hoping for, but everyone thought they were good. I followed the recipe exactly.

Brown Sugar Smokies

I made these for a baby shower brunch and they were a big hit. I wrapped the bacon around the smokies the night before and tossed them in the brown sugar the next morning. Use the release aluminum foil to bake for easy clean up. Delicious!

Chocolate Mint Candies Cookies

These are good, but very rich. Make them smaller and use 1/2 of a mint candy. I made these for two friends who like chocolate mint candies. They liked them, but no "wow" factor.

Soft Christmas Cookies

I just finished making these for my son's first grade class. They are delicious. I used only 3 cups of flour and added 1/3 cup of confectionary sugar, because I prefer a sugar cookie taste rather than a shortbread one. These would taste great with or without frosting. Thanks for the great recipe.
