French Baguettes
This recipie is great! I don't use a bread machine and used the suggestions of brushing with egg white + water only and putting a tray with a 1/4 cup of water in the oven while the bread bakes. It turns out perfectly everytime!!

Lemon Bread
I followed the recipie as is (except for reducing the cooking time to 50 min) and it turned out great. I poked some holes in the loaf too before adding the glaze.

Chicken with Couscous
