Apple Crisp III
We were given pounds of fresh-from-the-tree tart apples, but I didn't feel like messing around with pie. This recipe was so simple and tasty and filled the bill perfectly!

Pudding Cookies III
So incredibly easy, and such moist and delicious results. I used yellow mix and banana pudding, and added half a bag of mini morsels. Delicious! Next time I might try a spice cake mix with vanilla pudding and white chocolate chips for a special fall treat.

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions
I was so grateful to find a recipe like this, made without heavy soups or creams, thank you! Even the skeptics of the household were impressed. I added leftover holiday ham and just a little grated cheese on top during the last part of baking, and it made an excellent main dish.
