Homemade Crispy Seasoned French Fries
This was absolutely delcious! I followed the directions completely and added a little bit of cajun seasoning as well. The fries were nice and crispy and had an amazing flavor! We ate them with chopped bbq beef sandwiches and I had a rita on the side. Yumm-o!!

Chicken Fajita Melts
this was absolutely delicious. i will make again and again and again! so fast and so good...i did add fajita seasoning to the chicken when i was cooking it. husband and i loved it!

Carne Guisada II
this recipe was great. My husband is actually from Mexico and he loved it and said it almost tastes like Birria.. Made me happy! It was soo yummy...everyone should try it.
