Colorful and Edible Play Dough
this recipe works only if you add at least 1 extra cup of flour to get it to the right consistency! then it is perfect play dough!

Tar Heel Pie
amazing! made with 9" premade grahm cracker crust and ommited the coconut (added 1/4C extra choc chips) and served with vanilla ice cream. I have made this 2x now and served to company both times with LOTS of compliments! It tastes like the brownie and ice cream served @ applebees!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
very easy- can be done on the cooktop. we do not like corn so i just substituted with 1 can white beans and 1 can pinto (drained and rinsed). delish! i have also made with 1 lb turkey kielbasa, and leftover shredded chicken (from previous days chicken stock).
