Grandma's Carrot Cake
I run the kitchen in a convent for nuns and I made this carrot cake into cupcakes for Easter dinner and frosted it with a cinnamon cream cheese butter cream instead of the glaze. It was the best carrot cake I've ever had. The sisters loved it, they said it was comfort food at it's best! Thank You!

Sour Cream Sugar Cookies I
This is the best sugar cookie recipe. I will always use this recipe for my holiday cut-outs. My only suggestion is to cut them out very close together, and don't re-roll the scraps. The cookies from the scraps were not as tender as the first cut out ones. Great recipe!
