Gaye's Microwave Fudge
This was so good for being microwaveable. It did taste just a little like powdered sugar but was good anyway. I used a mixer to beat it after microwaving, instead of stirring, and it didn't turn out lumpy. It was creamy. It's really fast to make and it's worth it. I thought it was just the right taste, as in not too bitter and not too sweet.

Pittsburgh Football Party Cilantro Salsa
I made this pretty much as listed, but I used organic petite diced tomatoes (juice drained of course). I also used whole cumin that I toasted and ground before adding to salsa. This added great flavor! This was easy to make, and even the kidos gobbled it up. Thanks!

Breaded, Fried, Softly Spiced Tofu
My vegetarian family loves this tofu! After a couple of trys, I've found that deep frying makes it amazingly more delicious. I'm not big on deep fat frying; I only use it for a couple of recipes, but try it with this one! The family gobbles it up every time.
