Andy's Barbeque Pork
This is a great recipe, everyone loved it. Simple and tasty, but it does take a long time, Well worth it though.

Blue Cheese Crusted Filet Mignon with Port Wine Sauce
This recipe is easy to make, i used a cabernet savignon. My husband loved it. It definitely is a keeper

Creme Brulee French Toast
this is the most amazing quick breakfast. We are snowmobilers, and we make this the night before we go out. while everyone is showering, breakfast is baking. It works out well. The second time that I made this I used cinnamon raisin bread. It was yummy and I will use it again.
