KJ's Mushroom Chicken

Really very good. I only had thin sliced chicken breasts, so I rolled them up with a little swiss cheese in the middle. After that I followed the directions exactly. Next time I might add a little white wine and some chopped tomatoes. Thank-you!

Delicious Artichoke Dip

I really liked this. I used two cans of artichokes, light sour cream and only half the mayo. Also shredded some Parmesan cheese on top. Yummy!

Tomato Bisque II

I love, love this recipe! I do not have a food mill, so I peeled and seeded the tomatoes, then used my hand blender to puree. So good, thank-you!

Blueberry Bars

I made this with canned blueberries. I thought it came out really good. I also used low-fat cream cheese with only one egg. Will definately make again, can't wait to try it when fresh blueberries are in season.

Tangy Grilled Pork Tenderloin

This is a fantastic recipe. I did not cook on the grill however, I first browned the tenderloin on the stovetop in a dutch oven with a little oil. Then, I added the sauce and baked in the dutch oven on 325 for about an hour, until the pork was cooked to 145 degrees. Also, when the pork was resting, I heated the sauce on the stove with a cup of chicken broth and little corn starch. Served the sauce over the pork. Thanks for the recipe!

Peach Muffins

These are really good. The base with out the peaches can also be mixed with any other kind of fruit. I split the recipe, adding peaches to half and rasberries to half. Everyone who has tried these has loved them.

Broccoli Chowder

I added bacon to the recipe. Thought it was okay. Came out sort of gummy, but it could have been my fault. I would try it again, maybe cook the potatoes for less next time.

Pumpkin Pie I

Made this exactly as directed. I don't like pumpkin pie, so I did not try any, but everyone who had a piece liked it alot. Had to bake for about twice as long as directed to have knife come out clean.

Peanut Butter Balls II

Yummy! I made these exactly as directed, but found as others did that the chocolate to fat ratio was low, I added another couple tablespoons of butter to the chocolate to get it smooth. Really good recipe, thanks for sharing.
