French Baguettes
Great bread, I don't have a bread machine, so I used the same amount of regular yeast and mixed in my kichenaid with the dough hook.

KJ's Mushroom Chicken
Really very good. I only had thin sliced chicken breasts, so I rolled them up with a little swiss cheese in the middle. After that I followed the directions exactly. Next time I might add a little white wine and some chopped tomatoes. Thank-you!

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing
This was great. It's even better the next day, as the herb flavors tend to mellow a bit.
