Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs
I made this for a BBQ, everyone loved it. The only suggestion I have would be to use less salt, with all the other ingredients mine was pretty salty.

Finnish Meatballs (Lihapyorykoita)
I did like this recipe. If I made it again I would have to change some things. The meatballs were to salty with the 2 tsp, I would only add half that and then add to the sauce to taste. Also, some reviews about the sauce being bland were correct. Maybe some garlic, pepper and a little something else to spice it up. Be careful not to cook the meatballs to long, all the onion in the meatballs nearly burned on me.

Chunky Marinara Sauce
This was really good and really easy to make. I made the recipe exactly as it stated and tasted it, very tasty. I did throw in some fresh parsley since I did not have any other fresh herbs. I ma never buy jared sauce again.
