When we first got married I wasn't really good at cooking and sometimes I thought my poor husband was choking down the food; even though he says he cant remember a single time that he didnt like my cooking. After a while I started searching for tasty recipes that were easy to make. This site makes it too easy. :) I love the restaurant Olive Garden & Carrabba's... Italian is my favorite! When I was 10, my sis and I played restaurant. I had to make a meal for her and she was to make me one for me. The "special" I made was sauce, bread, cheese and a couple of other ingredients. I dont even remember what it was I made. It was something very simple. And I would have forgotten, since its been 12 years after we had that. But to this day my sister still reminds me how I made the best meal ever! She comes over my house and if someone compliments dinner, she says "I knew she was the best cook ever since I was 7!" For that first year of cooking... I messed up so bad! (I messed up the meat mostly) chicken, my husband’s favorite:( It had been over-salted, under-cooked, burned and everything else on top of that. I could not make anything that tasted like it should have. My hubby... ate it with no complaints or crying.
