These were good but I think they didn't taste that different than shortbread made with white sugar--however they made great bars and turned out very nicely.

Strawberry Pineapple Bread

I thought this was OKAY....I used unsweetened strawberries and it wasn't as strawberry-ish as I would have liked. The crust on the outside was really nice though--it had a nice texture.

I think this recipe is perhaps one of the best muffins I've ever made-I did them in mini muffin tins and increased the amount of peanut butter chips-they were perfect!

I mashed the cooked potatoes slightly and added a little more wine--a very good recipe and very delicious-I used 1/3 less fat cream cheese and you couldn't tell.

This is fairly good-they are harder and crunchier than cake like you get at some restaurants--I agree that the corn flavor isn't as pronounced but still a good side for soup or chowder.
