Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion
This recipe is excellent. Has a real old fashioned homecooked feel to it without all the trouble. I took just a few extra steps. As previously suggested I sauteed the onions but I added a tiny splash of balsamic vinegar to the onions while they are frying. They soak it up and it adds alot of flavor.
