This recipe is excellent. Has a real old fashioned homecooked feel to it without all the trouble. I took just a few extra steps. As previously suggested I sauteed the onions but I added a tiny splash of balsamic vinegar to the onions while they are frying. They soak it up and it adds alot of flavor.

Simple and Yummy. I made this for Sunday supper for my boyfriend and I today and it was great. I did add 2 extra potatoes and only half an onion tho. thanks for the recipe

I made this for breakfast today and it was ok. I actually didn't like the bread crumbs very much i don't think it went together very well. next time I make this I'm going to shred left over potatoes and make a crispy potato crust..I think that will go with this much better then bread crumbs. Thanks for the recipe though! This is the first time I've ever baked eggs and i really enjoyed them.
