I love to cook/bake when i have the time. I'm hoping allrecipes.com will help me along my way to becoming a better cook. Cheese cake and anything new! My family makes Rock Candy and Chocolate Fudge every year for Christmas. This past year my wife and I hosted Thanksgiving Day at our new home. The best part was i pulled off cooking two turkeys in a campfire out back! It took a little longer than i expected, but man was it good! I can't say that i have had one HUGE tragedy that will stick in my mind forever, but there have been many mistakes made.
