Baked Slow Cooker Chicken
I couldn't believe how easy this was. I used a large frozen chicken. Spread minced garlic, poultry season ,paprika, salt and pepper over the top. There was no room for veggies so I steamed some to serve with dinner. We had a lot leftover since the bird was so big. I picked it clean and used the meat and broth for chicken noodle soup the next day. It was the absolute best chicken noodle soup I have ever made, my husband even said so. I also felt pretty good about getting so many meals out of a $6.00 chicken.

Slow-Cooked Round Steak
We loved this recipe. Barely had any left for lunch the next day! I added some minced garlic while cooking the onion, 1/2 C milk to the mushroom soup, actually used 2 cans of soup for extra gravy. I also added some chopped bacon because I had some from breakfast I didn't want to waste. My husband and I had it over mashed potatoes but I served some spiral pasta for my picky toddlers. Definately a keeper!

Breaded Parmesan Chicken
This recipe was SO easy!! It is definitely a keeper at our house! I made this with plain bread crumbs (because it was all I had) and added the seasonings to it with excellent results! To be honest I was a little worried about the Curry season and it was an amazing addition. My husband talked about it for days!
