Irish Cream Chocolate Cheesecake

This is 5+ stars this is the best. My husband loves cheesecake factory and said this was better. I have never been big on cheesecake but this was awesome. I followed all the directions with the foil wrap and water bath and not a crack. I did not leave it overnight for the fact I do not believe it is safe to leave cheese out overnite, let it in oven (turned off) for about 4 hours then refig.... easy and great!!!!

Simple Country Ribs

This is by far the best ribs ever, you must use sweet baby ray bbq sauce or jack daniels!! I also added a can of beer and put them in a bag after done boiling and set overnight in the fridge, then grill A+++++

I also made this in the oven 425 40 minutes. I used what I had as far as vegetables, broccoli, peppers and onion. Put it over rice, my husband enjoyed it

Soooo good. My edges browned too much will cook for only 30 minutes next time instead of 35, but it is soo good and rich and sweet, yummy

Sensational Strawberry Shortcake

This is excellent. I made as directed except for the nutmeg, I added 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice. So good, not crumbly at all, the key is not to over mix. Just toss until moistened! I used my hands to do this. A keeper and use the sweetened whipped cream recipe from this site

Very good. I used mini loaf pans, it made seven. 325 for 45 minutes. Very moist. I also added 1/2 a cup chopped walnuts

Simply Amazing Meatloaf

This was pretty good. I did make a few changes however. I added 1/4 cup water 1/2 cup salsa and this made it moist. It did not hold well but was moist. The rice was fine excpet for the pieces on top of the meat they were dry of course but expected that. Wil make again. Also added garlic powder and worch. sauce
