Very nice and Very easy! I didn't have any bones, etc. to boil make broth so i used 2.5 - 3Qts water, one 10oz can of chicken broth, 10oz can of Turkey gravy and chicken stock mix to taste, and it has turned out great! I'll definitely be making this every year.

In response to TerriC's question, I used the 3TBSP of remainder in the cheesecake, and the balance is a topping, that is why the topping needs to be prepared ahead. I made it for thankgiving and it was a BIG hit. I wasn't sure how cooking the apples would turn out, but it was good. I found the tartness of the lemons counteracted the sweetness of the cheese part.

These cookies did not impress me, I found them quite "cakey". I would not make them again.
