Easy Spinach Dip

Anniversary Chicken I

Loved it - easy and delicious. The sauce tasted like creamy teriyaki and I am not a fan of Ranch dressing at all. I always use lite teriyaki/soy when I cook with them. There is a lot less sodium in lite and I think the flavor is better. I added the cheese, bacon and green onions during the last 10 minutes - otherwise no changes. Thanks for a delicious recipe.

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

Awesome dressing. The only thing I changed was I swapped the amounts of olive oil and vinegar - my taste preference. Is great on salad and also good on grilled zucchini.

Yogurt Almond Ice Cream

I made this and used half and half because I didn't have soy milk. I don't have an ice cream maker, but it froze just fine in a gallon ziploc bag. I also put a little vanilla extract and almond extract in. I put toasted almonds on top prior to serving.

Broccoli Coleslaw

I cannot believe how delicious this was. I used cider vinegar because of preference and Splenda. I mixed it all together and let it sit in the fridge for a few hours and sprinkled sunflower seeds and peanuts on top prior to serving. Will definitely make again and again. Thanks for the recipe.

Sweet Green Bean Bundles

Yummy. I didn't have time to bundle so I put everything in a dish and baked with cut up bacon on top. Used turkey bacon and fake brown sugar (1 cup of Splenda and 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup). Even my 4 year old wanted seconds. Thanks for the recipe.
