I live in southern Louisiana. The food is better here than most places. I like to put alfalfa sprouts on every sandwich I eat. I like cheese. And wine. I don't eat meat. Did I mention I like wine? Especially while I'm cooking. I like to listen to records while I cook and drink wine. And while I'm eating.

dropping a pizza. burning brown rice. having a glass pot lid explode while i was making the most awesome pasta sauce ever and it was completely ruined.
