I have four kids and am very busy. I love good food with high flavor, but if it has a million ingredients in it and takes an hour to make, count me out. There is a way to make delicious food quickly and easily. Italian, Southern, comfort food. My grandmother is british and we are a southern family, however, I have also lived in the west, midwest, and northeast so my cooking traditions are diversified!
