Wonderful Meatloaf
Not bad!! I liked using the 1cup of Minute Rice uncooked, and I use bulls eye barbeque sauce instead of ketchup on occassion to shake things up!!

Easy Chicken Korma
Easy and Delicious! Very authentic tasting and can be easily made "hotter".

Spinach Chick Pea Curry
This recipe was just delicious!! My only change was to the curry paste, as I didnt have any so I used 2tbspns. of Tomato Paste, and 2tbspns. of curry powder... mixed it well and then added per the instructions. I will make this one again and again! Thank so much to the poster!!
