I'm not a pecan pie lover, but thought I'd try this for my dad. He enjoyed it and I actually became a convert -- I loved the pie as it isn't as sweet as the ones with corn syrup. I've made it twice and reduced the temp to 300 and cooked longer as a reviewed suggested. Both ways seemed ok.
