I am a mom of 4 girls including a set of twins. All are young and so time is limited and crazy but I like to feed them all healthy home cooked meals. Plus a good dose of home-made mac n' cheese every now and then! Baked mac n' cheese (my mom's recipe) and chicken are staples in our house. I love to bake and often do so then send out to the neighbors and friends! My mom and I would bake over 30 recipes of cookies, fudge, and chocolates around Christmas. We would then fill decorated shirt boxes and hand them out to friends, neighbors, coaches, teachers, and even the mailman! People loved them and waited every year for our baked gifts. I've tried to continue the traditions with my four girls but whew, what a lot of work. I give my mom lots and lots of credit. She recently passed away and I'm hoping to continue our tradition this year.
