Black Bottom Cupcakes II
These always turn out great and always get rave reviews! I always use aluminum cup cake papers and they work great for this recipe.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
Easy and very good. My family loved it! I had to leave it in the crock pot for 10+ hours and then shred the chicken at the very end, but it still worked fine.
