Crisp Oatmeal Cookies
I followed recipe exactly, but left out the coconut or chocolate chips and they were DELICIOUS. So easy, too. My family's new FAVORITE cookie recipe!!

Creamy Buttercream Frosting
It does take some time to make, but we LOVED it. The best frosting I have ever tasted. Must use unsalted butter!!!
