I'm a busy wife, mom, and grandmother who is working full time and working on my undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. Anything quick and delicious. I'm half Ukrainian, so I was brought up in the kitchen, cooking AND eating. Many a day were spent pinching pierogi dough and rolling cabbage rolls. Making pierogis that would make Dad proud!
