Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Have to defend this recipe. I'm the fourth generation Mainer baking this wonderful recipe. Perhaps Better Homes and Gardens acquired the recipe from a Mainer. Nothing like old home baking!

Russian Tea Cakes I
This recipe was wonderful! Our Japanese homestay student made a second batch to take to her ESL class and everyone loved them. They melt in your mouth and are not too sweet. Great with a strong cup of coffee or green tea. Thanks!

Curry Pumpkin Soup
I served this at Thanksgiving dinner. Japanese guests, traditionally curry lovers, raved about it. I used chicken stock and it was great! Thanks!
