I am 41 years old. I've always loved cooking. My mother hates to, so I learned when I was very young. I love asian food, but my boyfriend loves all american cuisine, so I'm learning. I also do alot of italian, My family never cooked, so most family traditions started with me. I moved to the southwest two and a half years ago and I', learning about New Mexican cuisine. It is different from Mexican. Lots of wonderful green chili. Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas are heavenly. The ultimate Southweestern comfort food! I make some fabulous ones! I cannot stem rice without a steamer! I also do the Uncle Ben's Boil-in-a-Bag!
