Nordy Bars

I followed the recipe exactly. The batter was so thick I worried I did something wrong, but the end product was delicious. Another reviewer mentioned when the time was up the middle didn't look done, but she took them out anyway. I should have followed her advice because I left mine in a few minutes longer and they were slightly over done (but still tasty). Next time I will put foil in the pan and then grease the foil because it was very difficult getting the bars out of the pan.

Libby's® Pumpkin Roll with Cream Cheese Filling

I have never made any type of jelly or pumpkin roll, so was a little scared. But this turned out so pretty and delicious. I followed the recipe exactly, except for using fat free cream cheese. Make sure to let the cake cool completely and add lots of powdered sugar to the towel before moving the cake to it.

Mint Chocolate Chip Pie

This was very good, and obviously very easy. Next time I will make a home-made crust. Also be careful to let the chocolate cool quite a bit, otherwise it will melt the ice cream.

Fast Fruit Cocktail Cake

Since not everyone likes Fruit Cocktail as much as I do, this cake isn't for everyone. But I thought it was delicious and easy. I also added vanilla, and to make a little healthier I used part splenda for the sugar and half oatmeal/half flour.

Mexican-Style Goulash

Delicious and easy. The only thing I changed was to cook onions in garlic. Next time I think I will replace the tomato sauce with diced tomatoes and their juice.

Lemon Blueberry Bread

Jerk Chicken Pizza

This was so good. I couldn't find jerk sauce so used jerk seasoning instead. I also replaced the salami with bacon. This is a nice change to your typical pizza recipe.

These were good with modifications. Like other reviewers, I halved the ranch dressing mixed. Still thought it was too salty so next time will put less. I replaced the celery with yellow peppers. And also added bacon instead of black olives.

Slow ' N' Easy Chili

Very tasy and easy - for meat I combined 1/2 pound of ground beef and 2 brats. Only used one package of seasoning and I didn't have any tomato juice.
