Blueberry Buckle
Excellent! I think I'll use a larger pan next time. I had trouble getting the middle done. I've made this two times and it's happened each time. I even baked it for an additional 10 minutes. It's really nice and moist and delicious.

Kielbasa Stew
Not too bad, but not what I expected. The flavor was good, but I like thickened stews and this definitely is more toward the soup category rather than a stew. Also, next time I would serve the sour cream on the side. I forgot to tempter the sour cream, so it curdled.

Sausage-Stuffed Eggplant
Delicious! It was a hot day and I didn't want to heat-up my kitchen so I made this on the grill. It turned out really well. I didn't have Italian sausage, so I substituted regular sausage and just added a little more Italian spices.
