Wow! This is a great salad! The dressing, has a light, fresh citrus flavor. I've made it several times now, and always have to share the recipe!

Best Frozen Daiquiris

I took it easy on the rum because the mix looked wrong to me. They're still really strong, but very good. A great summer drink!

Chocolate Rum Cake

The cake was moist and delicious - we loved it! The rum glaze was a little too much for some of our guests.
