Thank you for the recipe!!! I needed unsalted butter for a recipe and had started mixing before I realized I was out. I live in a remote area and takes me over an hour to get to a store. After thinking about it for awhile I remember making butter in school, which was over fourty years ago, but couldn't remember the process. Looked on the web and found this one... WORKED JUST AS I REMEMBERED, PERFECT!!! Thank you....

I can't believe that I have never made homemade pizza sauce before now. This is easy and tastes wonderful!!! I will never buy store bought again!!!

My husband said it was a five. I don't care for baked fish so for me a four, which is good. I used fresh broccoli,steamed slightly. Also used lemon pepper instead of the salt which gave it added flavor. Will make this again.
