Amish Meatloaf
This is the best meatloaf recipe I've found. Made just like how my Mennonite grandma makes it! Try using apple cider vinegar instead of just white vinegar... it will blow you away!

Mostaccioli Salad
Quite tasty but I suggest reducing the onion and garlic powder!

Shrimp Pad Thai
Very tasty! I also tripled the sauce but got impatient with measuring and went heavy on the ketchup (not a good idea) The more bean sprouts the better! I used oyster sauce instead of fish sauce because thats what I had onhand and it was very good that way.
