Baked Oatmeal II
this didnt rate good with my family...it was pretty bland and not sweet enough. i dont plan on making it again

Homemade Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
Easiest recipe ever and its really yummy! The cookies were a little crunchier than I like but it think if i wouldve baked them a minute or two less they wouldve been perfect. My three yr old can amlost mix this up herself!

Spinach and Potato Frittata
WOW! this was such a great recipe! I am on a tight budget and only have a few ingredients in the cabnets but i made this and it was a real treat. I added some little smokies to the eggs and it was FANTASTIC! Im writting this one down to save in my personal cookbook!
