These were good. I made several different cookies for a Christmas party and wanted to make these for my boss b/c she doesn't eat eggs. She and everyone else loved them. I made them again for Christmas day but used unsalted butter b/c thats what I had. I must say they tasted better with salted butter!

My aunt asked me to make some peanut butter cookies for her classroom b/c they were having a party. I came across this recipe and i noticed while reading the reviews that Mrs. Siggs has more cookie recipes out and they all have outstanding reviews. Thats when I knew this was the recipe to go with and boy was I glad I did. These are by far the best peanut butter cookies I have ever had. And everyone loved them!! Thanks Mrs. Sigg! I will be trying your other cookie recipes! OH P.S. - Use natural peanut butter! and add peanut butter chips at the end if you want it really peanut buttery lol

I would give this cookie 10 stars if I could. Its THAT good. My grandmother bought some cookie dough from a school fundraiser a couple christmas's ago and I thought they were the best cookies i had ever eaten, but she couldnt remember for the life of her what company made the cookies. These cookies taste exactly like those cookies!!!!! I altered the recipe just a tad. I put in a TBSP of lemon extract and added the zest of one lemon. Then at the end I added craisins!! Thanks for posting this recipe!!
