Pineapple Cake I
I changed this recipe but for the better!!! I used white cake, 3 eggs, and raspberries!! I added 1/2 cup raspberries to the batter. I made a frosting out of 4 oz cream cheese, 4 oz crushed pineapple, (dryed with a paper towel, no juice)1/2 cup butter, 2 cups of powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla extract, but it wasn't very stiff. I decorated the cake with raspberries. I think I will use this recipe over and over again with diffrent fruits!! Blueberries, peaches, strawberries....the possibilities are endless!!

Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
I used 1/2 oil and replaced it with applesauce This was a good wholesome cake. I would not say it is healthy by any means but it was good. I had alot of batter too, and the 9x13 rose twice it's size but the cupcakes did not rise...weird but def good. Try it!

Chewy Chocolate Cookies I
I followed the recipe exactly, leaving them in for 9 minutes. Very good. I picked this recipe because I had all the ingredients in my kitchen! Worked out great!
