I'm a pharmacy student at Oregon State University. I love cooking for my boyfriend, roommate, and friends. I also love Vonnegut, snowshoeing, warm rainy days, and playing a little WoW now and then. I just recently obtained a professional KitchenAid mixer...LOVE. cupcakes/muffins, cookies, rosemary bread, miso soup, desserts of all kinds, and breakfast foods. Mostly, I love eating these items! I also love watching the Food Network and being inspired to try new recipes:) My mom makes awesome Japanese food--very authentic (she IS Japanese). Her cooking is the best--especially her Thanksgiving stuffing recipe! I made a fondant covered cake recently...it turned out delicious and beautiful! As long as it's edible, it's not a tragedy:)
