Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole
I agree do not use all of the processed cheese. Just eyeball it and use your preference. Use a tiny butter. Overall I think it is great because it is so easy and tasty!

Tangy Poppy Seed Fruit Salad
I recommend using all fresh fruit and omit the oranges. I added blueberries. The dressing is amazing and have gotten many raves.
