Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
This recipe is just about perfect as is. I made two additions, a handful of tortilla chips crushed and 1 lime juiced and zested. Other than that, excellente!

Caper Baked Chicken
Good recipe... different but good. I'm not 100% sold on the steak sauce, but the flavor base is there - bold and strong. It's something to work on.

Baked Ziti I
Phenomenal recipe. I've never had the sour cream in a baked pasta - but it was that extra something. This has replaced any and all baked pasta recipes in my binder!
