This was very good and looked good with some nice garnish on a platter, I will definately use it again and again. I used ham instead of bacon because that is what I had and I did add some sauted mushrooms, it was yummie .... thanks

Southwestern Egg Casserole

Very good recipe, I did half size and it fix into a 2 qt. oval casserole and actually was enough for eight. I did add some scallions, a little green pepper and a shake of tabasco. Serve it with Sour Cream,salsa, and Avacado, I also made "Southwestern Dough Gods"an other allrecipe goodie.

These were very good my husband really like them , I did do a few changes I added green chilies, some green onion, a little garlic just a pinch and a little sugar. I will make them again, easy and good.

Fresh Fruit with Poppy Seed Dressing

This was very good I love the dressing I did raspberry balsmic vinegar because that is what I had. And I used Honey instead of cayenne pepper. Everyone at my breakfast club love it. thanks for sharing

Creme Brulee French Toast

All I can say it yum, yum ,yum so good, I did changes as did "Luxury010" suggested and use Maple syrup and I also use more grand marnier 2 tsp. and sprinkle cinnamon on top. It was great, thanks for sharing.

Make Ahead Breakfast Casserole

I made this for my breakfast club everyone loved it and wanted the recipe so I sent them to Allrecipes.com I did add the onion and some bacon which I browned frist then added to the susage also used mushroom with roasted garlic soup. it was all good.

Pineapple Zucchini Muffins

These muffins were very good and moist. The only changes I did were use 1/2 cup of applesauce natural in place of so much oil. I did add some walnuts and zest of an orange and a little juice. I will definately make these again.

Almond Maple Granola

This was my first experience making granola, IT was great, I did add more pecans and walnuts and used sliced almonds. I also took someone elses advice and cut back on brown sugar to half the amt.and half amt. of coconut. I did add some cinnamon and vanilla. It was yummie .

Caramel Snack Mix

This was so yummie, I made for my Bunco group and they loved it. I used mixed nuts and it worked well and add a splash of vanilla, Thanks for a great recipe

Old Fashioned Mac and Cheese

This was a great recipe, I did use can milk for milk makes it a little richer and added a dashes of tabasco to the white sauce and sprinkle just a few red pepper flakes to top just for a little kick. I will definately use this again. Thanks

Breakfast Pie

Yummie this was great, I did have to bake it a little longer I baked it at 352 for 30 minutes and then at 350 the last 30 minutes. I also added 1/4 cup parmesen cheese. It also looked very nice.

Apple Raisin French Toast Strata

Wow what a good recipe, I did do it with slices and spread the cream cheese which I added some sugar and cinn. more like just french toast. I also added some apple pie spice to apples ( I used 3 granny smith apples. Everyone just loved it. It is for sure a keeper, I can't wait to have company again so I can make it. Thanks
