Elaine's Sweet and Tangy Loose Beef BBQ
Awesome Recipe! I followed the recipe besides needing additional cooking time and adding Sweet Baby Rays at the end of the cooking time. I served at a family reunion with 55 people and everyone loved it.

Chicken Enchiladas II
These are the best Enchiladas ever! I served them at a birthday party for 17 adults and 13 children. Everyone loved them.... even the kids! All the adults said they were the best Chicken Enchiladas they've ever had!
