A college student aspiring to become a great cake decorator and baker. I only bake, though I should learn how to cook. I love baking desserts. Carrot and chocolate cakes are my favorite things to make. When my goodies vanish within an hour or so, I take that as a good sign. Because of the humidity in Hawaii, sometimes my buttercream frostings don't come out as well as they should. I am especially having a difficult time with cream cheese frostings! Sometimes they come out fine, sometimes they don't.
