These were good, but were not awesome like I had hoped. I felt they were missing something. Hubby suggested maybe adding some vanilla to the batter. The muffin part wasn't as moist as I had hoped for either. I will make again because it is such an easy recipe, but will try adding vanilla and maybe cinnamon to the batter and maybe nuts or oats in the crumb topping.

Beef Stroganoff III

I thought it was pretty good, thought could of used a little more flavor, but my husband thought it was bland. I did marinate the beef in red wine and added a fresh clove of minced garlic, so if I make it again I will definately add more seasonings.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

This is a very labor intensive recipe so make sure you have alot of time to prepare, but it is well worth it in my opinion. The only change I make is to use fresh baby spinach. My casserole dish is overflowing in the end and I have to keep pushing it down. This is also a rich and heavy recipe, so if you are looking for something light this is not the recipes for you. I have made this for several years now and my family loves it. Do not omit the garlic & onions they are what give the sauce most of the wonderful flavor. Thanks for sharing this one! It's a keeper!

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

We thought this recipes was very bland and had little flavor. After 9 hours on low my beef had turned to mush also. There was not enough juice in my opinion either. I like a soupy type stew. I may try again to make with alot of modifications.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

I love this recipe and make it very often. The only change I make is I bake the bottom crust about 1/2 way then I add the chicken and veggies and top crust and put it back in the oven. I had a problem with the bottom crust not getting done enough.

Stuffed Pork Chops

I don't even like pork, but I liked this recipe. The only changes I made were I doubled the stuffing, putting the extra on top the chops while I baked them and I also added a little garlic powder to the stuffing. My husband loved them. Definately a keeper!
