Hahaha...I can never make good home-made southern style biscuits. Then one day I found those Pillsbury frozen buttermilk biscuits and voila!

Chicken with Garlic, Basil, and Parsley
I've made this recipe a few times now and have made these alterations to the original. I liked the advice of the reviewers who suggested drizzling with balsamic vinegar, but only had the BV salad dressing on hand so substituted that. I use a can of petite diced tomatoes, I only use fresh tomatoes in the summer. I use fresh garlic if I have it, garlic powder if not. The last time I made it, I had to use my crock pot as I was out all day. My husband asked me what I did different because it was even better than before. Thanks for an easy and tasty recipe

Rosemary Red Potatoes
This is my favorite potato recipe of all. I followed the advice of reviewers who said to increase the amount of rosemary and one who suggested boiling the potatoes for about 5-10 minutes first. Easy and yummy! What could be better?

Florentine Tomato Soup
I was looking for a recipe for a soup I saw at Starbucks. I followed the advice of the reviewers who said to add half the spinach, I buy bagged frozen chopped spinach and add to my taste. Then I added a can of tomato soup + one can water and a half a cup of orzo pasta. It was easy and delicious. My husband and daughter loved this soup and the leftovers disappeared quickly the next day. We'll be having this one again soon.
