Southwestern Lasagna
I made this last night and my family really loved this . I used Salsa in it instead of the enchilada sauce & tomatoes, and I used the shredded Mexican cheese instead of the sliced.
I also made a mild version with no tomatoes or salsa and I really enjoyed it too. NO leftovers and it was cheap to fix and easy too.
