Corn Bread Hamburger Pie
This is a great EASY recipe. I did take the advise of other reviewers and added kidney beans. Next time, I think I will add a layer of cheese. My husband give it 5 stars which is rare! He has renamed it to chili pie.

Steff's Shepherd Pie
Easy Easy Easy! This was an excellent recipe. I made it just as written; however, I did put a little garlic powder in the potatos. The next time I make it I will make about 3 to 4 cups of potatoes.

Baked Scallops
This recipe is awesome. I made it just as written, and the scallops came out perfect. I wasn't sure if I was suppose to seperate each scallop so I placed them in a baking dish touching. The topping came out crispy. My husband couldn't stop eating them.
