Wisconsin Native's Beer Cheese Soup

I made this recipe a couple times, last time I used a dark red local ale. The flavor was great! I also grilled some bratwurst and diced it up. The sausage added a great flavor and texture. Will make this again and again.

Jean's Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

I made a pot of this soup with a few touches. I added a beef bouillon cube, which gave it a nice rich flavor. Added more chicken and more noodles. I garnished the top with fresh cut celery leaves on a whim, and it topped off this soup with seemingly perfectly.

Oven Pot Roast

Excellent! I did this roast per instructions and it turned out moist and the gravy was the home run. After inviting some friends over to try it, I was cleaned out. I tried it next in the crock pot for 7 hours on low. I liked the crock pot better, but slow cooking a roast is my favorite way. Stove top was succulent though!
